It is available in NBN enabled areas only. The minimum term contract for this service is 24 months. The expected time frames for connections are 7 business days where infrastructure is in place, or 35 business days for available infrastructure. These plans all included unlimited downloads. The interface speed is the maximum expected speed of the fibre technology at the customer’s premises. This speed will be affected by many factors that include the number of end users, the hardware, the software being used and the connection method.Standard installation is included with your plan and is provided to the first telephone point on your premises with a suitable router.A 240 volt power supply is required and it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure this is available. In the event of a power outage your services will not work unless you maintain a back-up battery. If you install an NBN service you will not be able to move back to a fixed line copper service. All customers will be set up on direct debit via credit card or bank account only, with payments deducted 4 days after your email bill is issued. The connection fee (if applicable) is a one off charge and will be applied to your first invoice.Where there is no current copper line available for a FTTN new connection, a new copper PSTN line will need to be connected before an NBN FTTN can be connected. The standard charges for copper new line connections of $299.00 apply.The NBN has implemented a $300.00 charge for all new connections made in areas they have identified as within the boundary of a new development. If you are in a new ‘greenfield’ or new development area as determined by the NBN network, then the $300 fee will apply.

This is an IP based voice telephony service that is supplied over a fixed broadband internet service and a wired ethernet port. It is required that handsets are supplied via an Equipment Lease Agreement through Grenke(GC Leasing Sydney Pty Ltd ABN 27 615 226 045). The lease repayments are collected on behalf of the customer, included in the monthly plan and paid to Grenke over the 36 month term. If the customer ceases to retain services with the provider, the underwriter Grenke will commence a direct relationship with the customer for the Lease Agreement. See the Grenke Terms and Conditions for full details. The Equipment Lease Agreement forms part of the application process for the QBR promotional plans. The internet service may be supplied by any service provider. Each handset extension requires a minimum bandwidth of 100kbps of uncongested upstream and downstream for optimal quality. Call quality may be affected by the internet connection, firewall, hardware or other matters outside the control of the supplier. Whilst 000 calls can be made, the IP Service cannot be relied upon as an emergency service and neither can the location of the service be reliably identified from the data held in the supplier's systems. Calls to 1900, back to base alarms, fax services and EFTPOS systems cannot be used with the voice IP Voice service. This plan is not available for telemarketing, call centre function or other similar uses. Minimum term for the service is 36 months. Direct Debit is required before shipment of phones. We reserve the right to credit check customers before approval and acceptance of an application for new services. Direct debit payments of bills are deducted 4 days after your email bill is issued. The handsets remain the property of Grenke until the end of the lease term at which time ownership transfers to the supplier which will in turn assign ownership to active customers.Additional charges; each additional hunt group/IVR $5 per month, complex programming (more than one IVR orHunt group) $10 per handset, Porting $30 per number or $130 per 100 in dial range plus $55 per month hosting of a ported in dial range.
